BUSINESS CONSULTING

  • strategic Planning: support in the management of defining the business goals, identify of the medium/long term company mission and subsequent translation of it into operational plans. The study and definition of the business strategies, the support in strategic decisions and the analysis of competition and coalition policies are part of this activity;
  • business plans: support in the elaboration and analysis of the business plan, as tool to plan the medium/long term;
  • executive accounting: definition and planning of managerial accounting systems based on the identification of activities or performance areas in which value is created, the choice and installation of Business Intelligence systems, and consultancy on project management;
