The firm was founded in 1958 by Luciano Marisaldi, innovator of aided consulting by advanced IT support who held important national position in the Professional category.
Since 1984 the activity has carried on into the current "Marisaldi Associazione Professionale" Firm, with offices located in Bologna.
The firm comprehends three senior partners and a team of professionals and employees, it also operates through corresponding offices nationwide and abroad.
The current structure allows the firm to provide a global consultancy and to meet the customer's needs, both domestic and international.
The Firm, with its decades-long experience, offers qualified consultancy in corporate, contractual, business, organizational and financial matters, both for Italian and international customers.
Because of the associated professional's experiences the Firm develops its activities mainly with corporations and it counts major industrial groups among its clients.
