Administrative responsibility of legal persons

Since the entry into force of Legislative Decree 231/2001, the firm has dedicated itself to the concrete application of the same and to resolving the inherent problems, with assistance in the preparation and implementation of the Management and Control Organizational Model and the Code of Ethics in light of the continuous insertions and updates of "predicate offenses," assumption of the position of member of the Supervisory Board and training on the principles of Legislative Decree 231/2001.
